The River is Calling

It's been a long hard winter here and now the sun is coming out and the snow is quickly melting from the landscape. My hobby of flying fishing was put up on the shelf last year when we decided to build a home and then with the heavy snowfall well... fly fishing is only a dream right now. However, that is about to change!

Came across this video on a fliesandfins website and it got me dreaming a bit more of being out on the river. Hope you enjoy as much as I did.

Well this year is going to be a good year for fishing. This time next year I'll be posting my own videos of my experiences on the river, enjoying God's creation, pondering about life, and catching a fish or two now and then.

I have been in this camp for the last several years and this winter underwent surgery to correct my sight. Hopefully, glasses will not be necessary. It's now time to start tying some flies, purchase the license, and start planning the fishing adventures. The Provo, Weber, and Green are all calling and I am going to answer their beckoning and enjoy the time spent on the river. Anyone else game?

Your video worked today! It made me excited for spring and summer. I am tired of being cooped up in the house because it's cold outside. Can't wait to let Gabe go run around outside for more than just a few minutes. It's 50 degrees outside this morning so I have all the windows open to get some fresh air in the house, but it's not going to last long. Supposedly we are going to get hit with a ton of rain and cold weather this afternoon. Better get out and enjoy it while it lasts!
Love you guys! We are excited you booked your tickets to come see us, we can't wait!
